- Apple Cider Vinegar (Unfiltered with the "mother") 2 Tbsp
- Ground Turmeric 1 Tsp
- Ground Ginger 1 Tsp
- Lime Juice (1/2 Lime)
Take this twice a day. If flaring starts, increase dose or take vinegar by itself a couple of times a day.
You can add Olive Oil and Black Pepper
Quantities may be adjusted to taste.
